These Terms govern your use of the Meatrolla mobile application and related services for ordering and receiving fresh meat delivery in Hyderabad, India.
Service
Meatrolla lets you browse products, place orders for delivery to supported societies, and pay via supported methods (for example COD, UPI, or payment gateway). Availability, pricing, and delivery windows may change.
Accounts
You must provide an accurate phone number and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Orders & payments
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel orders due to availability, pricing errors, or delivery constraints. Payment terms depend on the method you select at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery is limited to areas and societies we currently serve. You must provide a reachable delivery pin/address and be available to receive the order.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or use staff/kiosk features unless you are authorized Meatrolla staff.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meatrolla is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
