Meatrolla (“we”, “us”) operates the Meatrolla mobile application and related services for ordering fresh meat delivery in Hyderabad, India.
Information we collect
- Account: phone number used to sign in via OTP.
- Location: approximate or precise location when you allow it, to show nearby societies and set delivery pins.
- Orders & addresses: delivery addresses, order contents, and payment-related status.
- Device: basic app and device info needed to run and improve the service.
- Camera: only when using staff/mobile kiosk barcode scanning features in the same app binary.
How we use information
We use this data to authenticate you, fulfill and deliver orders, process payments (including UPI / payment gateways), provide customer support, and operate and improve Meatrolla.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us operate (SMS OTP, maps, payment processors, hosting) only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention & security
We retain account and order data as needed for operations, legal, and accounting purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
Your choices
You can revoke location or camera permission in system settings. Contact us to request account-related updates or deletion where applicable under law.
Children
Meatrolla is not directed at children under 13.
